As a respected and law abiding business, we only permit the return of a Brand New Garment should it be deemed faulty or is not as described on the website. By law, we accept the garments back according to the following three points.
Should a supplied garment be deemed to be faulty. Please note that we will only replace that item for a exact replacement or we will repair it.
Should a supplied garment not be as described on our website, we will only exchange for the correct garment.
Garment must be returned for us to assess within 5 days of the customer having received the item.

Return Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Merchandise must have all tags, including any Planett hang tags, attached. Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned. All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.


You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Refunds and Processing

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If returns do not comply to above conditions listed, we have the right to refuse the return. Store Credit can only be used online at our website, Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. Please treat Store Credit like cash. This is the greatest issue that businesses have when selecting a new provide or ordering uniforms. We get it and we want to help get around this issue. We have found from experience the best way to get around this is if we provide to you a "Sample Size Range" that you keep at your premises. We brand these with the word "Sample" on them so that they can not be taken or lost.
